Aplikasi Mobile Learning bahasa Inggris Universitas Dengan menggunakan Fitur Computer Based Test

The use of smartphones as one of the communication media that is commonly found in the society in this era of globalization. Communication relationships can be done with an unlimited distance by using a smartphone. Similarly English m-learning is indispensable for learning English without having to think about place and time. This study aims to design English m-learning applications for the public, especially students of English Literature Study Program, Trunojoyo Madura University, using computer-based test feature via smartphone easily. So just by using a smartphone, users can learn English effectively. Based on the research that has been done, can know the results of effectiveness before using the English mobile learning application reaches 56% of 23 respondents and after using the English mobile learning application reaches the value of 54.2% of 22 respondents. From the research can be said that the application of mobile learning English University by using computer based test feature is not better.
