Abstract

Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuibentuk/ pola frauddanuntukmenyusunstrategianti frauddalampengelolaandanpertanggungjawaban program keaksaraanfungsional. Penelitianinimerupakanjenispenelitiankualitatifdeskriptif(meaningfull)denganpendekatanstudikasus.Data yang digunakanmerupakan data primer darihasilwawancaradan data sekunderdaridokumenlembaga.Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakanwawancara, analisisdokumenlembagadanpengamatanlangsung.Hasilwawancaradanobservasimenunjukkanbeberapabentuk/ Polafraud yang terjadipadapengelolaandanpertanggungjawaban program keaksaraanfungsional yaitu. (1) pembuatan proposal sebagai formalitas administrasi (2) pemangkasan waktu pembelajaran (3) pemangkasan uang transport tutor dan warga belajar (4) pemangkasan uang ATK (alat tulis kantor) (5) pertanggungjawaban yang belum dilakukan secara transparan oleh lembaga. Salah satuupayapencegahanterhadapfraudpada program keaksaraanfungsionaladalahdenganmenerapkanstrategianti fraud.
