Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui curahan waktu tenaga kerja wanita terhadap kegiatan agribisnis melati dan kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Tunjung, Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari jumlah waktu selama sebulan yaitu 720 jam, tenaga kerja wanita menghabiskan waktu untuk kegiatan agribisnis melati, sebanyak 205,13 jam/bulan, untuk kontribusi tenaga kerja wanita terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 36,69%, angka tersebut tergolong rendah.
