ANALISIS PENGARUH DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH dan DANA ALOKASI UMUM, TERHADAP ALOKASI BELANJA MODAL (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA KABUPATEN/KOTA SE-PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2012-2015)

Abstract : This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of the Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue (PAD), and the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on the Capital Expenditure districts / cities in East Java Province.
The sample used in this study were 11 districts / cities in East Java Province taken from the Report of Actual Income and Expenditure Budget (budget) from the years 2012-2015. Methods of data collection used in this study is purposive sampling methods. Analysis tool used in this study is multiple linier regression with a t test, f test, and test the coefficient of determination.
The results of this study indicate that partial the General Allocation Fund (DAU) hade no significant effect on the Capital Expenditure. Meanwhile, Economic Growth and Local Own Revenue (PAD) have significant effect on the Capital Expenditure. Simultaneously EconomicGrowth, Local Own Revenue (PAD),and the General Allocation Fund (DAU) significant effect on the Capital Expenditure.
