Abstract
PengaruhQSifat Machiavellian,QPersonal CostQdan Komitmen ProfesiQTerhadap IntensiQWhistleblowing (StudiQPada Auditor inspektorat wilayah madura). Di bawah bimbingan Muhammad Syam Kusufi, S.E.., M.Sc.
PenelitianQini bertujuanQuntuk mengetahuiQpengaruh sifatQmachiavellian, personal cost dan komitmen profesiQterhadap intensiQwhistleblowing.QBerdasarkan metode simpleQrandom sampling, sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 84 responden Auditor yang berada pada instansi inspektorat wilayah madura. PenelitianQini menggunakan dataQprimer berupa kuesioner.QData dianalisisQmenggunakan analisisQregresi linier berganda dan diolah melaluiQspss 20.
HasilQpenelitian menunjukkanQbahwa sifatQmachiavellian danQpersonal cost tidak berpengaruhQterhadap intensiQwhistleblowing. Sedangkan komitmen profesi berpengaruh terhadapQintensi whistleblowing.
