Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel gaji dan insentif terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Kaber Azeze Mediatel Kabupaten Sumenep secara parsial dan secara simultan. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian populasi, Banyaknya populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji t dan uji F, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan variabel yang terdiri dari gaji dan insentif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Dari dua variabel tersebut, gaji merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kaber Azeze Mediatel Kabupaten Sumenep
