Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental, penelitian ini
dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN Kamal 2 yang berjumlah 48 siswa.
Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan Teknik Solvin karena 2
kelas mempunyai sampel yang sama yaitu 24. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Model Cooperative
Integrated Reading And Composition (Circ) Terhadap
Keterampilan Siswa Dalam Menulis Puisi Bebas Kelas V SDN
Kamal 2. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Model Cooperative
Integrated Reading And Composition (Circ) efektif terhadap
keterampilan menulis puisi bebas siswa berdasarkan hasil
perhitungan uji komparatif (uji-t ), maka diperoleh nilai t

Sehingga pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model Cooperative
Integrated Reading And Composition (Circ) efektif terhadap
keterampilan menulis puisi bebas siswa kelas V Sdn Kamal 2. Uji
Gain dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya peningkatan
keterampilan menulis puisi bebas diperoleh 67% dengan
peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi bebas sebesar 0.65 dengan
kategori sedang. Aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran
dengan menggunakan Model Cooperative Integrated Reading And
Composition (Circ) diperoleh sebesar 84.15% dalam kategori
sangat baik.
