Abstract

Luwita Hidayatul Aini, Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan
Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan
Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2014-2015).
Dibawah bimbingan Junaidi, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., dan Fariyana Kusumawati, S.E.,
M.Si.,
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh
profitabilitas (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Sampel penelitian ini adalah 85 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu
purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh
terhadap nilai perusahaan (menggunakan proksi Tobin’s Q) dan Profitabilitas (ROA)
tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (menggunakan proksi Tobin’s Q).
