Abstract
Kerang pisau (Solen grandis) termasuk biota perairan non ikan dengan potensi ekonomis tinggi. Tingginya eksploitasi kerang pisau menyebabkan berkurangnya hasil tangkapan nelayan di Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode survey dengan mengambil sampel lorjuk ditiap titik satu bulan sekali mulai bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2013. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan regresi determinasi dan pengukuran ciri morfometrik. Hasil penelitian hubungan panjang dan berat kerang pisau, pada bulan Oktober nilai konstanta b sebesar 1,484, November nilai konstanta b sebesar 1,104, dan Desember nilai konstanta b sebesar 2,409, termasuk dalam pertumbuhan allometrik negatif (koefisien b<3).
