Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penerapan teknologi meja keramik merupakan salah satu metode yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produksi garam di Kabupaten Pamekasan khususnya di Desa Lembung Kecamatan Galis, karena keramik cepat panas (salah satu saja karena mirip), sehingga dapat mempercepat penguapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bertambahnya kristal garam saat kristalisasi di meja keramik dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bertambahnya kristal garam rata-rata terjadi pada waktu malam hari ketika air laut di meja kristalisasi menjadi dingin, dalam sekali panen proses kristalisasi garam berlangsung selama 4 hari dengan ketebalan kristal garam ±1,7-1,8.
