Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kombinasi penggunaan
faktor-faktor produksi dan efisiensi teknis usaha ternak sapi perah. Penelitian dilakukan
di Nongkojajar Kecamatan Tutur Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 99
peternak yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Selanjutnya data yang
diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode fungsi produksi stochastic frontier
Cobb Douglas dan uji Return to scale (RTS). Usaha ternak sapi perah memiliki nilai
RTS < 1 (0.9603) yang berada pada daerah III (decreasing return to scale), dan Ratarata peternak sapi perah di daerah penelitian sudah efisien secara teknis dengan nila
rata-rata efisiensi teknis sebesar 0.89.
