Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sepande, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan tujuan : (1) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan finansial produsen tempe pasca kenaikan harga kedelai, (2) mengetahui tingkat risiko finansial secara statistik produsen tempe pasca kenaikan harga kedelai , (3) mengetahui dampak kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap pendapatan produsen tempe. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling (sengaja). Hasil Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa : (1) usaha produksi tempe pasca kenaikan harga kedelai dapat dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan, (2) tingkat resiko yang dihadapi produsen tempe pasca kenaikan harga kedelai berpotensi mengalami kerugian dikarenakan CV > 0,5 dan L < 0, (3) dampak dari kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap tingkat pendapatan produsen tempe di Desa Sepande cukup terasa dengan adanya pengurangan pendapatan hingga 50%.
