Penerapan Design Of Experiment (DOE) Dengan Pendekatan Rangkaian Acak Lengkap (RAL)
Studi Kasus : JAMUR
Salah satu proses produksi yang menggunakan program zero waste adalah proses pembuatan baglog (media tanam) jamur. Pembuatan baglog biasanya menggunakan serbuk kayu sengon sisa proses produksi meubel. Serbuk kayu digunakan karena memiliki unsur karbon yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gisi dalam proses pertumbuhan jamur. Peneltian ini menggunakan serbuk sabut kelapa sebagai pengganti dari serbuk kayu, karena lebih mudah didapatkan. Untuk meningkatkan produktifitas baglog serbuk sabut kelapa ini ditambahkan 3 perlakuan, pada perlakuan 1 baglog tanpa zat adiktif, pada perlakuan 2 baglog ditambahkan 1 jenis zat adiktif toko dan pada perlakuan 3 baglog ditambahkan 2 jenis zat adiktif toko. Dari 3 perlakuan tersebut diketahui bahwa dari masing-masing baglog tidak ada perbedaan produktifitas bobot segar jamur secara signifikan.
