Abstract

ABSTRAK
Lailatul Hasanah, Menggali Strategi Pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB P2) di Kecamatan Kamal Kabupaten Bangkalan Tahun 2017-2018. Dibawah bimbingan Ardi Hamzah, S.E.,M.Si.AK.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggali strategi yang digunakan oleh Kecamatan Kamal dalam memungut PBB P2 dalam melunasi target yang ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh Kecamatan Kamal dalam memungut PBB P2 yaitu dengan cara; (1) Menggunakan koordinator pemungut Kecamatan dalam memungut PBB P2, (2) Menggratiskan PBB P2, (3) Memberikan pelayanan ketika SPPT dilunasi, dan (4) Menerapkan sifat tegas dalam memungut PBB P2. Temuan peneliti yaitu lunasnya PBB P2 di Kecamatan Kamal dikarenakan adanya kekompakan antara Pak Camat dengan semua Kepala Desa di Kecamatan kamal dan juga dikarenakan adanya unsur politik untuk menaikkan jabatan.
