Abstract
Banyaknya industri kecil yang bermunculan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro diharapkan dapat lebih dikembangkan lagi. Sehingga di masa mendatang dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. Salah satunya adalah usaha pembuatan tempe kedelai di Desa Blimbinggede, Kecamatan Ngraho. Untuk mengembangkan suatu usaha seperti pembuatan tempe ini tentunya diperlukan analisa kelayakan usaha dari setiap aspek diantaranya aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan aspek finansial. Hasil penelitian analisis pengembangan usaha tempe di Desa Blimbinggede, Kecamatan Ngraho ini dinyatakan layak. Analisis finansial usaha tempe ini menghasilkan nilai payback period 3,74 tahun atau dibulatkan menjadi 4 tahun dari umur periode yaitu 5 periode, Net Present Value sebesar Rp 152.538.086 dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 28%.
