ABSTRAKrn Lidawati, The effect of labor capital on the area of fertilizer use on shallot production in Batu bintang Village, Batumarmar District, Pamekasan Regency. Under the guidance of Selamet Joko Utomo, SE., M.E.rn This study aims to analyze the role of labor capital, the area of land use of fertilizer on shallot production in Batubintang Village, Batumarmar District, Pamekasan Regency.rn The methode usade in research is the method a way to achieva goals, while the approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research approach used to cellect information about research subjects in a certain period by describing all existing symptoms conditions.rn The results of this study indicate that labor capital, land area and use of fertilizers have an important role in the production of shallots in Batubintang Village, Batumarmar District Pamekasan regency. Capital in agriculture is an asset in the form of money, capital here is the cost of labor wages, seeds, pesticides, and the use of fertilizers. The workforce here is labor in cultivating thr land before planting shallots. Land area is very necessary for the continuity of the shallot crop, the land area here is privately owned. The use of fertilizers is also very necessary for fertility and can help the growth of shallots so that the results are good and not damaged, the fertilizers used are chemical fertilizers and manure.rnKeywords : Capital, labor, land, fertilizer and shallots
