Abstract
Susu Merupakan bahan makanan yang bergisi tinggi yang diperoleh dari perahan sapi, kerbau, kuda, kambing dan unta. Susu merupakan sumber kalsium, protein, lemak, vitamin, mineral, laktosa, dan enzim, serta mikroba sebagai probiotik.
