Abstract
Produksi merupakan jantung bagi perusahaan yang mencakup kegiatan untuk menciptakan nilai lebih produk pada output dari setiap perusahaan. Proses produksi tanpa adanya perencanaan yang baik bisa berakibat fatal bagi perusahaan salah satunya tidak terpenuhinya permintaan konsumen. Perencanaan yang baik bertujuan memberikan kepuasan yang optimal berdasarkan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan akan produk yang dihasilkan
