Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis dan prevalensi-nya penyakit karang di pulau Gili Labek Kecamatan Talango Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 27-29 April 2016. Identifikasi penyakit karang diambil pada 3 stasiun menggunakan trasek sabuk 20x2. Perhitungan prevalensi dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah koloni karang yang terinfeksi dari total koloni dalam transek. Penyakit karang yang ditemukan pada stasiun 1-3 di pulau Gili Labek ada 3 jenis, yaitu Bleaching, White Band Disease dan White Plague dengan prevalensi berturut-turut ; Bleaching 5,11 %, 6,89 % dan 12 %, penyakit karang White Plague 3,40 %, 2,29 % dan 4 %, penyakit karang White Band Disease 1,704 % dan 8,046 %.
