Abstract
UD Sarina merupakan suatu industri pengolahan kerupuk amplang yang berbahan baku ikan tenggiri. Industri ini mengalami penurunan daya saing. Hal ini ditandai dengan penurunan jumlah produksi dan jumlah penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aplikasi strategi bersaing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IFAS, matriks EFAS, matriks IE, matriks SWOT.
