Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa harus diperhatikan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian, pemborosan dan kecurangan-kecurangan yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di Kabupaten Bangkalan telah sesuai dengan Perpres No. 4 Tahun 2015. Data dikumpulkan dengan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara kemudian diolah dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di Kabupaten Bangkalan telah sesuai dengan Perpres No. 4 Tahun 2015.
