Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efisiensi teknis, harga dan ekonomis dalam usaha tahu takwa di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan mewawancarai 63 responden usaha tahu takwa di Kota Kediri. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) untuk menghitung efisiensi (teknik, harga dan ekonomis) menggunakan model fungsi produksi frontier dan cost frontier. Hasil analisis model menggunakan OLS (Ordinary Least Squares).
Dari hasil analisis menggunakan metode SFA, menunjukkan bahwa industri tahu takwa di Kota Kediri sudah efisien secara teknik, harga dan ekonomis.
