Abstract

Jambu mente merupakan komoditas yang bukan saja memiliki pasar domestic tapi
juga diekspor ke India,Vietnam, dan Brazil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis
kelayakan usaha serta mencari nilai tambah produksi mente kupas dari mente
gelondongan di Desa Paopale Daya Kecamatan Ketapang Kabupaten Sampang.
Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus dengan
jumlah responden sebanyak 5. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah RC ratio
untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha dan Metode Hayami untuk mencari nilai tambah.
Hasil analisis yang diperoleh RC ratio lebih besar dari 1 yaitu 1,63 , serta nilai
tambah mente kupas sebesar Rp 9.900,-/kg. Pengolahan mente gelondongan
menjadi mente kupas memiliki nilai tambah dalam katagori sedang.
