Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh nilai saham, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, financial leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap income smoothing. Deteksi income smoothing pada penelitian ini menggunakan Indeks Eckel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2017, sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik menggunakan program SPSS Statistics 24. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, bahwa (1) nilai saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing, (2) profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing, (3) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing, (4) financial leverage berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing, dan (5) pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing
