Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto (PDRB), Upah Minimum (UMK),Tingkat Inflasi, Investasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), dan Investasi Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) terhadap tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur.rnJenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 28 Kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian untuk menganalisis data adalah metode regresi data panel .rnHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PDRB berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap TPT. Variabel UMK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TPT. Inflasi berpengaruh Negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap TPT. PMA berpengaruh Negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap TPT. PMDN berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap TPT. Namun Variabel PDRB, UMK, Inflasi, PMA dan PMDN secara bersamasama mempengaruhi Tingkat pengangguran Terbuka Kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur.
