Abstract
Kerupuk sudah tidak asing lagi ditelinga mayarakat selain rasanya yang gurih juga harga kerupuk cukup terjangkau, makan ini sering digunakan sebagai lauk, pelengkap makanan, oleh-oleh ataupun sebagai camilan. Di Indonesia banyak sekali macam-macam kerupuk mulai dari yang berbahan dasar ikan, udang, tepung terigu, nasi dan lainnya.
